My Mission The mission of DUDIX is based on the perspective that change is a basic property of the world that willcontinue for ever. It stands in the same array as love, hope and human death. Today changes occur faster than ever before with an increasing impact on everyone. And in the (near) future this will only change in a even more dramatic way. To learn how to cope successfully with change in a positive, natural, enduring way that is coherent with our responsibility for the world and her environment is therefore crucial for everybody. DUDIX wants to make a clear and relevant contribution to people and organizations who see change as a possibility or as a precondition to make their dreams come true - if their dreams can be realized in balance with respect to our world, people and nature.
DUDIX co-creates with the leadership in organizations ‘Weergaloze organisaties’. That means organizationgs to which change is a natural state of being. DUDIX also creates climatchange in organizations. ‘Weergaloze organisaties’ deal in a natural way with the paradox of being long lasting ánd face continuous change.
